At I AM THE THRONE, each piece is produced and delivered with intention, precision, and quality. Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we maintain the following policy:
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or order cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
Exchanges (Unworn Items Only)
We will accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
All original tags must be attached
The item must be free of:
Odors (including smoke, fragrance, or detergent)
Signs of wear, washing, or damage
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer and will not be exchanged.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are permitted only for size or color of the same product, subject to availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to inspection approval.

Shipping for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Verified issues will be resolved through replacement or exchange at our discretion.
Final Note

Refuse exchanges that do not meet policy requirements
Limit or deny exchanges in cases of abuse or repeated requests
